Site Operative (A303 IBA Processing Facility)

Primary Role

To operate and carry out various duties and activities involved with the IBA processing Facility.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all processes and procedures are followed correctly at all time whilst maintaining the highest standard in safe operations.

Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality

• Report all damage, accidents or near misses to Site Management.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times including wearing appropriate PPE.
• Ensure safety of those operating in your area and challenge anyone who might be doing something wrong.
• Support risk assessments and other safety activity within your area.
• Report any non compliance with regard to Health, Safety and the Environment to the Site Manager.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.

Operations

• Pick and segregate materials from picking line as required.
• Carry out general housekeeping and site maintenance duties around the site as instructed.
• Follow defined procedures and safe systems of work for all activities on site.
• Support all operational activities on site as instructed by management including picking, housekeeping and general duties.

Commercial and Administration

• Ensure records are accurately maintained as requested by site Management.
